If your item arrives damaged or your package is lost in transit, please contact us with photos and order details. In most cases, we will gladly replace and reship the order.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us within 8 hours of placing it.

Return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Approved returns must be received within 30 days.
